JROTC

Air Force Junior Reserve Officer Training Corps (AFJROTC) is a citizenship and leadership development program designed to inspire students to become better leaders, community members, and citizens. The program emphasizes discipline, integrity, responsibility, and respect while fostering a commitment to service and teamwork.
Through a combination of classroom instruction, physical training, and hands-on activities, cadets learn about aerospace science, military customs and courtesies, leadership principles, and the value of civic engagement. Students also have opportunities to participate in drill teams, color guard, community service projects, and leadership competitions.
AFJROTC is not a military recruitment program but rather a pathway for personal growth and character development. It equips students with practical life skills, such as communication, problem-solving, and leadership, that prepare them for success in any career field.
