CENTRAL YORK RESISTANCE TRAINING 1000LB & 500LB CLUBs

TO BE A MEMBER OF THE 1000LB or 500LB CLUB YOU MUST BE ENROLLED AND TAKE THE UPPER LEVEL RESISTANCE TRAINING ELECTIVE.  IN THIS CLASS YOU WILL TRAIN FOCUSING ON 3 MAJOR LIFTS.  THEY INCLUDE THE BENCH PRESS, SQUAT, AND DEAD LIFT.  IF YOUR TOTAL MAX WEIGHT ON THE 3 LIFTS IS 1000LBS(Males), 500LBS (Females) OR GREATER YOU WILL BECOME A MEMBER OF THE CENTRAL YORK RESISTANCE TRAINING 1000LB CLUB.  GOOD LUCK!
