Resistance Training I Period 1


Welcome Back!  You are about to take the first steps to understanding how to follow a fitness based lifestyle.  This week we will continue to work on technique for the major lifts as well as begin cardiovascular conditioning.  I am excited to see all the progress each of you make through out  the semester.  Next week we will find our maxes which we will use throughout the next 13 weeks of the program.  Get ready to train!  


Fitness for Life Period 2


This class is going to challenge you to participate in many different forms of fitness.  From strength training, cardiovascular training, flexibility, and agility.  Be ready to work hard and I expect to see great progress in you fitness that will give you a great base to follow a healthy lifestyle for the rest of your life.
