IN SPANISH II THIS WEEK:

They will also learn food vocabulary in order to comment on food, take orders and make a polite request in a restaurant.



 

ASSIGNMENTS AND ASSESSMENTS:

Monday (2/15) Day 4:  (1) Go over and submit Sr. Tran 6:10; GT pp. 35-36. (2) Complete DOP packet and correct. (3) Do Sr. Tran 6:9 and Puente pp. 101-02. *(4) With period 4, do the restaurant scene presentations.

Tuesday (2/16) Day 5: (1) Correct Sr. Tran 6:9 and Puente pp. 101-02. (2) Review DOPs with human sentences, see p. 213. (3) Do DOP short quiz (Mr. Tran’s 6:10 B. (4) Do DOP practice on-line. Quizlet, submit a screen shot of the DOP test from Grassel.(5) Time to work on project.

Wednesday (2/17) Day 6:  (1) Introduce affirmative commands and negative informal commands, p. 214. (2) Have students write 3 positive and 3 negative commands, go to the student work area and work with a partner to act out these commands. (3) Do p. 214-15 #30-31, CA 19, 21, 22, 14 and CVG 21, 23-26.

Thursday (2/18) Day 1: (1) Submit p. 214-15 #30-31, CA 19, 21, 22, 14 and CVG 21, 23-26.  (2) Review affirmative informal commands by watching it on DVD. (3) Complete “Informal Command” test of quizlet and submit a screen shot. (4) Review affirmative informal commands with pronouns, p. 216. (5) Do pp. 216-17 #34, 35, 37; CA 14, 23, 25 and CVG 27-28.

Friday (2/19) Day 2:(1) Submit pp. 216-17 #34, 35, 37; CA 14, 23, 25 and CVG 27-28. (2) Review informal commands with the iPads. (3) Do Puente pp. 65-66; GT pp. 37-38 and “Mandatos informales” WS and correct if time permits. (4) Time to work on PBL and or Menu.
